Our story
We are two friends passionate about personal growth. We met in 2021 through a mutual friend and "clicked" immediately: we both enjoy exploring what leads to a fulfilling life. To make our ideas accessible and start discussing them publicly, we created the Mindfulway brand that later evolved into Coaching Redefined.

Living the mindful way

We don't have it all figured out - far from it. Yet, compared to most people around us, we both live unusually satisfying lives. It wasn't always this way: we have earned our joyful existence through years of deliberate self-improvement practice. A conscious, incremental effort to understand the human condition, adopting a growth mindset and embracing openness to change. Over the years, we tried to influence numerous friends and family members, only to conclude that it's a personal choice that can't be forced upon others. We know it's possible to build a life of contentment because the two of us have independently done it.
Finding our tribe

Our passion for personal growth as a lifestyle isn't easily matched. Most people around us aren't interested in self-improvement. But we knew there were others like us out there: curious about life’s more profound questions and committed to becoming better versions of themselves. It was time to find them. In 2023, we decided to start a podcast to make our conversations accessible to the public. We called it Mindfulway, alluding to living the mindful way as a synonym for the lifestyle of self-improvement.

Our focus on self-awareness

Following the podcast, we became active on X, where we quickly started meeting like-minded people. This is when we began thinking about how we could make a difference at scale. We quickly settled on self-awareness being the key to every aspect of personal growth, so we made increasing humanity's self-awareness our mission. We realized there are two paths to personal growth: the self-guided path, for the more independent and resourceful people (minority), and the coaching path, for those who need a helping hand to succeed (majority). To make a difference at scale, we focused on helping Life Coaches impact more lives. Working with life Coaches is as exciting as it was unexpected. They are as passionate about personal growth as we are, and by helping them succeed, we not only meet all our objectives but also amplify our mission.
Join us as we continue to learn, grow, and transform the coaching industry, enabling more people to become more self-aware.

What we do
Traditional self-help often falls short—people consume content but fail to take action. Meanwhile, life coaches spend valuable time struggling to attract clients instead of the actual 1-1 coaching.
With Coaching Redefined, we are building a smarter approach. We designed a custom client acquisition platform for life coaches, an alternative to the ineffective traditional lead magnets.
Our platform, FirstStep, helps coaches engage, qualify, and nurture leads effortlessly, turning interest into active participation through personalized pre-coaching journeys.
Our Principles

For the future of coaching
The world is changing rapidly. As technology reshapes how we live and work, personal growth and human connection will be more valuable than ever. We’re committed to help coaches suceed so they can meet this growing demand and help more people thrive.

Michal Brojak
I grew up in post-communist Poland, with my early childhood shaped by the realities of that era. As a child, I was curious about everything - and I was lucky to have a mother who patiently answered countless questions, often searching the encyclopedia for answers she didn't have. When I was 6 years old, I told my mum that my dream was to be healthy and rich so I could buy her a house and a robot to do all the cleaning for her. Bullied at school, I found my refuge in books: from adventures and geographical expeditions to ancient history and the cosmos. Computers and the internet became my other passions. As a teenager, I always found ways to make money, whether selling CDs, fixing bicycles, or getting the neighbours online.

The second chapter of my life started with moving to the UK on my own at the age of 19. A new culture, language, and first job - all of which felt like a great adventure. I applied to university and was unexpectedly accepted to study engineering. In Oxford, I found myself in a melting pot of cultures, which greatly influenced me as a young adult. I worked two part-time jobs while studying: as a manager of a nightclub and serving tables in a restaurant. I started a career as an engineer two years before graduating with a BSc in Electronic Systems Design. After working as a design engineer in a small firm for a few years, I switched my career to marketing. In a corporation, I progressed rapidly; in just over four years, I became VP of Innovation. Notably, the biggest impact was from the 5 mentors I was fortunate to have. This work was highly rewarding, but corporate politics helped me realize this wasn't the future I wanted for myself.

I quit my job at the age of 35 and went on to find a path I could fully identify with. It was both liberating and challenging. I went travelling to Southeast Asia and Central America and immersed myself in complementing my previous business-oriented personal development with financial education, spirituality and living outside societal norms. For longer periods, I lived in Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil, where I learned to speak Spanish and Portuguese. Now I live in the beautiful Costa del Sol in Spain with my girlfriend—the happiest I've ever been. This chapter of my life was defined by successful investments in technology companies and business strategy consulting, which gave me financial freedom; building a house for my parents in Poland, which fulfilled my childhood dream; and finally, starting Coaching Redefined with Andras.

Personal growth and making change happen have long been the core of my life. Working on Coaching Redefined means I can do more of what I love. I am excited to see the impact we will make. I am in it for the long run. It feels just right for the next chapter.

I was a curious child, always wanting to understand how things worked. Each night, I’d ask my dad a question about the world or some complex “why,” and his answers fuelled my fascination with uncovering life’s inner workings. This thirst for understanding followed me as I grew older. By my late teens, I began to realize that the predictable path laid out before me might not satisfy my curiosity. The more I tried to meet others’ expectations, the more I felt a deep, nagging sense that there was something more to life. It became clear that if I wanted to understand that “something,” I had to discover it on my own terms.

At 22, I boarded a plane to the United States, embarking on a journey that challenged my comfort zone and opened my eyes to an endless world of possibility. Those early experiences were transformative, setting me on a path of self-discovery that would define my twenties. With each new experience, I grew increasingly curious about myself, often reflecting on who I was and what I was capable of. I began to see personal growth as a way not only to be a better person for others but also to explore my own potential—a commitment to understanding my strengths, flaws, and everything in between.

True to the non-traditional path I had chosen, I returned to university at the age of 30 to study people and organizations. Learning at that stage felt deeply fulfilling, especially as I was doing it for myself and on my own terms. The years that followed gave me opportunities to explore my interests and apply my talents in ways I hadn’t anticipated. I discovered that I had a natural aptitude for problem-solving, an eye for design, and a curiosity that kept leading me to new challenges and skills.

A few years ago, I was invited to work on a project that would become a turning point in my life—this was where I met Michal. We instantly connected as two kindred spirits on parallel journeys, each pursuing self-awareness and continuous growth. Before that, I often felt like an outsider, struggling to find others who shared my enthusiasm for self-awareness and its impact on life. Meeting Michal was a revelation; it was the first time I felt like I wasn’t alone in this pursuit. Together, we began envisioning a way to bring the transformative power of self-improvement to others. We both understood the potential for change that lies in everyone, and this understanding became our mission with Coaching Redefined.
Now, as we work on this project, I’m more excited than ever to share this journey with others. Personal growth isn’t just a passing interest for me—it’s a lifelong path, and I can’t wait to help others find the same joy and fulfilment in their own lives.
