Our story
TL;DR

We are two friends who met in 2021 and clicked immediately over our shared passion for personal growth. In 2023, we spontaneously launched a podcast, making our conversations public. We found our tribe, the Purpose-Driven Life Coaches, and developed solutions for them, which by 2025 led to the creation of Coaching Redefined.

Our Journey

Through over two decades of trial and error, we've each built lives we genuinely love. It wasn't handed to us; we earned it through deliberate practice, curiosity, and a willingness to change. Cultivation of the growth mindset. We tried sharing our learnings with friends and family. Some were interested, most weren't. With time, we realised: you can't force growth on anyone. But you can create spaces that attract like-minded people. Promoting our personal growth podcast connected us with people who ask life's deeper questions and are committed to self-improvement. And unexpectedly, we discovered the world of life coaching, with some coaches standing out as just as passionate about growth and transformation as we are.

Why Coaches?

Interacting with and meeting extraordinary life coaches in person convinced us that they are our tribe. We saw that the right coaching not only unlocks personal growth but also supports people in reaching their potential. We realised that by amplifying their impact, we can create change at scale.

Now, as AI reshapes our world at breakneck speed, human connection is becoming scarce. We believe Purpose-Driven Coaches will play an essential role in helping people navigate the unprecedented change ahead, one meaningful conversation at a time.

If this resonates with you, we hope you join us.

Our Core Principles
Guided by Purpose, Driven by Impact.
Our work is grounded in three core principles:

1. Increasing Human Connection: As human connection becomes more scarce, we are determined to make it more meaningful.
2. Impact Through Collaboration: We don’t compete; we collaborate. By partnering with Purpose-Driven coaches, we create change at scale.

3. For A Bright Future: In the times of unprecedented technological change, we believe a human-centred approach is essential.
These principles guide everything we do, from the development of our tools to the way we engage with our industry.

I grew up in Poland right after communism fell, and as a kid, I was super curious about everything. My mom would dig through encyclopedias to answer my endless questions. At six, I told her my dream was to be a millionaire and stay healthy for the rest of my life, and promised I would buy her a house and a robot to do the chores. Bullied at school, I escaped into books about adventures, sci-fi and history. As a teen, I hustled for cash: pirating CDs, fixing bikes and computers. Problem-solving and lifelong learning became my passions.
At 18, I packed up and moved to the UK. It was an adventure: new culture, language, adult life. I applied to uni and got into Engineering in Oxford, surrounded by people from all over the world. To pay bills, I juggled running a nightclub and waiting tables. Started an engineering internship before even finishing my degree. After a few years of Electronics Design, I joined a global engineering firm and climbed fast: in four years, I made it to VP of Innovation. Key learning: I owe my success to the mentors and coaches I was blessed to meet along the way. Yet, the corporate politics showed me this wasn't my forever path.
So at 35, I ditched the rat race and chased what felt real. It was scary but freeing. Travelled Central and South America, diving into financial education, and fixing my health after years of neglect. I settled longer in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Brazil, picking up Spanish and Portuguese. Now, at 41, I live in Spain's Costa del Sol, the happiest I've ever been.
Embracing uncertainty continued as my theme. Along the way, investing and freelance consulting gave me financial freedom. I even built that house for my parents back in Poland, checking off my kid dream. I prioritize emotional, mental and physical health. I'm fascinated with the technological acceleration and how it is impacting us on the human level.
Now, in this current chapter, I'm dedicated to figuring out how to survive and thrive in the Age of AI, for myself and for others. For me, connecting with like-minded people, learning, and solving problems is everything. Working with Purpose-Driven Coaches lets me do all those things, and I'm excited for the difference we'll make. It's the perfect next step. I'm all in.

I was a curious child, always wanting to understand how things worked. Each night, I’d ask my dad a question about the world or some complex “why,” and his answers fuelled my fascination with uncovering life’s inner workings. This thirst for understanding followed me as I grew older. By my late teens, I began to realize that the predictable path laid out before me might not satisfy my curiosity. The more I tried to meet others’ expectations, the more I felt a deep, nagging sense that there was something more to life. It became clear that if I wanted to understand that “something,” I had to discover it on my own terms.

At 22, I boarded a plane to the United States, embarking on a journey that challenged my comfort zone and opened my eyes to an endless world of possibility. Those early experiences were transformative, setting me on a path of self-discovery that would define my twenties. With each new experience, I grew increasingly curious about myself, often reflecting on who I was and what I was capable of. I began to see personal growth as a way not only to be a better person for others but also to explore my own potential, a commitment to understanding my strengths, flaws, and everything in between.

True to the non-traditional path I had chosen, I returned to university at the age of 30 to study people and organizations. Learning at that stage felt deeply fulfilling, especially as I was doing it for myself and on my own terms. The years that followed gave me opportunities to explore my interests and apply my talents in ways I hadn’t anticipated. I discovered that I had a natural aptitude for problem-solving, an eye for design, and a curiosity that kept leading me to new challenges and skills.

A few years ago, I was invited to work on a project that would become a turning point in my life; it was there that I met Michal. We instantly connected as two kindred spirits on parallel journeys, each pursuing self-awareness and continuous growth. Before that, I often felt like an outsider, struggling to find others who shared my enthusiasm for self-awareness and its impact on life. Meeting Michal was a revelation; it was the first time I felt like I wasn’t alone in this pursuit. Together, we began envisioning a way to bring the transformative power of self-improvement to others. We both understood the potential for change that lies in everyone, and this understanding became our mission with Coaching Redefined.
Now, as we work on this project, I’m more excited than ever to share this journey with others. Personal growth isn’t just a passing interest for me, it’s a lifelong path, and I can’t wait to help others find the same joy and fulfilment in their own lives.
